How long could a EcoFlow DELTA 3 power a CPAP?
Battery runtime math only: 1,024 Wh × 0.85 ÷ CPAP watts, using power figures printed in each device's manual.
| CPAP device | At manual "typical" draw | At manual peak / ceiling |
|---|---|---|
| ResMed AirSense 11 | 15.5 h (~1.9 nights of 8 h) | 11.9 h (~1.5 nights) |
| ResMed AirSense 10 (with humidifier) | 16.4 h (~2.1 nights of 8 h) | 8.4 h (~1.0 nights) |
| Philips DreamStation 2 | Not published | 10.9 h (~1.4 nights) |
Where the CPAP figures come from
- ResMed AirSense 11: Typical 56.1 W / peak 73.2 W (manual's 65 W power supply specs; the manual does not split by humidifier on/off) Manual (PDF)
- ResMed AirSense 10 (with humidifier): Typical 53 W / peak 104 W (manual's 90 W power supply specs for the device with humidifier; no humidifier-off figure given) Manual (PDF)
- Philips DreamStation 2: No wattage published. The manual says an 80 W power supply is required to support humidification and that battery/DC operation does not support humidification. We use 80 W only as a worst-case ceiling with humidifier. Manual (PDF)
Power-supply ratings describe the maximum the adapter is designed for; actual draw depends on pressure, humidifier and heated-tube settings, and room conditions. None of these manuals publishes separate with- and without-humidifier wattages, so we cannot show that split. Running a CPAP from its DC cord/adapter instead of the AC outlet avoids inverter losses; this site's figures assume AC.
