How long could a EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus power a CPAP?

Battery runtime math only: 286 Wh × 0.85 ÷ CPAP watts, using power figures printed in each device's manual.

CPAP deviceAt manual "typical" drawAt manual peak / ceiling
ResMed AirSense 114.3 h (~0.5 nights of 8 h)3.3 h (~0.4 nights)
ResMed AirSense 10 (with humidifier)4.6 h (~0.6 nights of 8 h)2.3 h (~0.3 nights)
Philips DreamStation 2Not published3.0 h (~0.4 nights)

Where the CPAP figures come from

Power-supply ratings describe the maximum the adapter is designed for; actual draw depends on pressure, humidifier and heated-tube settings, and room conditions. None of these manuals publishes separate with- and without-humidifier wattages, so we cannot show that split. Running a CPAP from its DC cord/adapter instead of the AC outlet avoids inverter losses; this site's figures assume AC.
